Just left today and the staff is very friendly. More than willing to help you get better and move on with your life. Keep in mind the bad reviews may come from people who are mentally unstable. I personally witness a patient hitting nurses.

This Place is EVIL im 13 now but when i went i was 12. They dont allow you to talk to anyone except your gender and age group most of the time they keep you locked in the dayroom.you get to go out to eat breakfeast lunch and dinner. Sometimes you get to go outside and every like 3 days you get to go in the game room. They make you take off your shoe laces and wear blue cloths. over the 5 days i was there i was very sad mostly because i literally missed Easter. Overall it was kind of confining. But it could have been worse.

My husband and daughter received help from RCH. They were wonderful for our family (and still are). I have spoken with many members of the staff and all were helpful and understanding. One of the front desk employees is extremely hospitable but the other maybe shouldn't be on front desk or working with people. She's exact opposite of the other woman. There will always be emotional reviews because of the situations handled; however, they are competent and caring.
